Local storage

Journey progress, checklist answers, worksheets, theme preference and optional My Move information are stored in localStorage on this device. My Move can include your saved budget figures, property shortlist, offer preparation and after-offer timeline. They are not accounts and are not sent to PropertySquares.

Clearing browser data can remove this information. You can clear My Move data separately without resetting journey progress. You can also download a combined backup from the journey page; that file may contain sensitive financial and property information, so store it somewhere private.

Analytics

The deployment is prepared for cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics, but no analytics beacon is enabled without explicit production configuration. PropertySquares does not use advertising trackers.

PropertySquares provides general educational information, not financial or legal advice. Mortgage and tax rules change. Verify with GOV.UK, MoneyHelper or a qualified adviser before acting. Property-specific legal questions belong with your conveyancer; regulated mortgage advice belongs with an authorised adviser.
